No where did it mention this was under construction. The place smelled, the elevator floor was all ripped up, wall paper in my room was falling down. Had to go to the front desk to report TV was not working because phone in the room did not work.

In the midst of renovation, lots was off: no hangers, cover worn off desk chair. Marker scribbles on light shades. Breakfast (thin offering) "creamer" was a jug of 2% milk on the counter.
