Negatives: waited almost 20 min to check in there were no employees around and there were stains and burn marks all over the carpet in our room. also one of the lights was out and the whole floor smelled bad. there was also only a very thin blanket on the beds.

Positives: The staff was nice
Negatives: The place was absolutely disgusting. Mystery stains on the walls and the stove top was filthy. Moved the side table to see broken glass, cobwebs, and dirt. The bathroom was horrible and dirty so we opted to leave early and just shower at home. Pillows had stains, and the room smelled like wet dogs so we had to get smell-good spray just to breathe. Save yourself the $130 and stay somewhere nicer.

Positives: Terrible front desk server , Tara. Booked me twice into Occupied rooms - we walked in a a lady was half dressed laying in her bed!!!! Additionally - Tara was not helpful in explaining the check in process , was very short and dismissive with her answers , and did not seem to know what she was doing.
Negatives: Hallways dirty , front doors unlocked / propped open at midnight - scratches (large ) on wall near bed, furniture very worn (arm chair and desk), desk seat was FILTHY, I accidentally left my makeup bag and it was stolen and my iron as well

Negatives: This hotel canceled my reservation without prior notice. We received a reminder from Booking.com, and even though we arrived on time as scheduled, the reservation I made was lost. The front desk staff told us, "Call Booking.com yourself. I have nothing to do with it." My husband had to call Booking.com and book the next hotel on his own. The hotel staff was cold and seemed to think we had nothing to do with it. They had overbooked and canceled our reservation and never apologized for it. If you go to this hotel, you should check the day before to ensure your reservation is valid.
