Nothing. This hotel has completely gone down in terms of quality, cleanliness; a caring and attentive staff, and is now more like a cheap motel.
Negatives:
Everything. The place was filthy. The rugs were stained. The buttons on elevators were broken. The staff complained about the operations of managing the hotel. There were no pillows for my daughters. The sheets weren't changed. The room was dirty. The halls were dirty. It was a disaster.

Positives:
Very happy with this hotel! I was skeptical after reading mixed reviews however we needed a two bedroom suite with a kitchen and this definitely delivered! The room needed a bit of updating but it was clean, bed was cozy, and all of the kitchen appliances worked! The staff was honestly SO NICE AND HELPFUL THE ENTIRE VISIT! Also, The breakfast was great, lots of options! I have high standards and this met them, especially for the price!

The facilities definitely need some updating but overall everything worked great!!! Its not dirty per se, just a little dated!

The front office staff was confused, to say the least. They could not find my prepaid booking. And then, over my clear and repearted request NOT to, they ran my credit card again, effectively charging me twice, the second time at a higher price. When i brought this to their attention it took TWO HOURS AT THE FRONT DESK to NOT RESOLVE THE ISSUES. I have taken the complaint to the booking company and my credit card provider. The funishings. in particular the couch was weird and uncomfortable.
