The location was excellent, close to everything.
Negatives:
There were virtually no amenities. No info (brochure/folder)about the hotel or nearby area, no info re: parking, no ice, no way to contact the front desk unless you went downstairs (we were on the 5th floor), only instant coffee..... Also, our floor/room was slanted to a very noticeable degree.

Great location - walkable to almost everything we wanted to see. Cute and cozy room, really nice desk staff, comfortable places to sit in the lobby, etc. We had an accessible King room, and it was large (especially the bathroom).
