The front desk staff was very professional and welcoming. No matter the circumstance their level of hospitality was above and beyond. I really appreciated that level of service, so I say a great big Thank you!
Negatives:
The quality of care and cleanliness of the rooms was either not there or just insufficient. Also the exit doors did not allow guests card accessible re-entry especially if traveling with pets or kids.
Positives:
Very young person on staff at the front desk. She gave us the key to a room that hadn’t been cleaned. She corrected her mistake. She also couldn’t serve beer as I’m sure she wasn’t old enough. Then why have it there??? I for us it was a stop on our way north. The exercise equipment is an interesting concept. I wonder if anyone uses it?? Prefer the Holiday Inn Express chain. Much more professional.
