The manager should be immediately put through customer service training not only for the way that she spoke to me but to other guests around me as well. This company should be ashamed/embarrassed at the lack of respect this woman has for their business.

There was a snow storm during our stay & the service they use to plow the parking lot did a horrible job. They barely plowed the driveway entrance to the hotel, parking lot wasn't plowed much better & didn't put down and salt or sand. Very slippery.

Room smelled musty. Was dirty, appliances look beat up (fridge had dents in the door). Cabinets were outdated and disgusting. Bed was uncomfortable. AC/Heater was loud when turned on. Neighbors were loud at all times of the night.
