Positives: Front desk staff was nice and helpful, with the couple of questions that I had. Plenty of free parking. The rooms have nice large windows. Easy off the highway location. Ratings for this property are about a 3, and I believe 2.7/3.00 on a 1 - 5 scale, is pretty dead on accurate.
Negatives: The room definitely needed some updates. Flooring lifted up on the bathroom. However, there was a nice updated shower. Broken bedroom closet door. Old damaged cabinets in the kitchen. Kitchen utensils/appliances are not in the room. You have to request them and carry up yourself. (Make sure someone goes with you to retrieve these items, if you're trying to stock your kitchen). There was old un-even vinyl flooring in the kitchen area. Old stained carpet. The website stated "breakfast included," and there were literally two grab and go items available and coffee.

Positives: It was very close to where we needed to be. We were hoping for a convenient place to have a family get together.
Negatives: The whole place had a very clinical, tired, cheap feel to it. The room was extremely basic. It was completely bare of essentials like plates, cups, etc. We booked a one bedroom suite with a kitchen! It took 4 calls over the course of AN HOUR to get any staff to respond. I finally went down to the front desk. Eventually, I was given a giant plastic tub with one tiny pot, two very small plates, two dinner plates, ONE mug and two cups. The tiny pouch of dish soap was already ripped open! When I asked if we could have more utensils, he flatly replied no. Apparently, the manager had told him that he could only give us that amount because the hotel was fully booked and there were no more. WHAT?!? Are you kidding?? We were 5 people!! Luckily, we didn't have to actually stay in our "suite" overnight. We were only needing the room for about 6 hours to gather family. It served the purpose...barely. But the consensus for all of us was that it was completely not somewhere any of us wanted to sleep and we were glad we were only there for a few hours!! I would not book this property again and definitely would not recommend it to anyone!

Negatives: No coffee maker in room and none available at time of check-in. Included Breakfast was touted in the description of the hotel but all that was available were granola bars and light snacks. Should not be called a breakfast. Very disappointing.

Positives: it was right around the corner from the supermarket and also down the street from my loved ones.
Negatives: free Breakfast was not what we expected. They only served coffee and oatmeal was at lest expecting eggs, toast or bacon. even orange juice. no body came by to clean the room, or even the hallways which was a mess.

Negatives: We stayed in your facility as a last minute need due to an athletic event: When we arrived the hallways smelled like skunk weed, arrived tired and it was late.. Went to bed and got woken up by commotion in the hallway then a kid crying for hours then finally it’s stopped then we woke up to see this on the floor beside the bed: Blood? We came down for the free breakfast to find coffee, packed muffins with packages of instant oatmeal : I’ll say we weren't expecting a 5 star hotel stay but I have stayed in similar hotels for this price with a free breakfast offered and this was a first! The people at the front desk were nice & very kind and I didn’t say anything to them about the issues as my kids were with me but to say that is wasn’t the best and we wouldn’t stay there again is accurate: I’d like to be refunded for our stay Candice Carlson

Negatives: THE STAFF! IT WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE, AS AN EVENT PLANNER IN THE HOSPITALITY FOR 30 YEARS, I PLAN MANY EVENTS & TRAVEL A LOT, I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED ANYTHING LIKE THIS PROPERTY! We arrived around Midnight after driving 2 hours, 4 hour event set up, 5 hour event, needless to say, we were exhausted & simply wanted to shower & get in bed to start the next day at 7am sharp! My entire team of 8 were standing in the very small lobby, my partner gave their name first & he unfortunately left his ID in the event truck at the venue, I said, “I booked all the rooms & would be paying for them on my card, he could look up my details (Booking.com didn't allow me to book all 6 rooms under 1 name?). With this issue the man had an immediate attitude & said "who travels without ID? This is ridiculous!" I said, I'm sorry, he drove our truck & forgot his ID. He then tells me, in front of my team, that I am blackballed from this hotel & he cannot rent to me?? I said, WHAT? There has to be a mistake, I've never been here, nor had an issue, he said, that's what it says here? Finally, a woman came from the back office to see what was going on, he told her, she reached down to a shelf in front of both of them and pulled out a folder, that must have contained photo copies of blackballed guests ID, not certain why the man didn't do his due diligence to check that folder before embarrassing me in front of my team, because within a second the woman found the ID of the correct person and could clearly see I was NOT the correct one! NO APOLOGY from either of them!!! He says "you owe $, I said, no, all the rooms were paid on Booking.com, showed my receipt, he said "that doesn't mean anything, that's a 3rd party, it says here you didn’t’ pay? Woman came back out to scroll down & see it was PAID! I booked 6 double rooms, all were fine, but mine, mine was a king, “all sold out” this is it!
