Negatives: "It was a terrible experience. The hotel smells like marijuana, has no reception, the entrance lacks security, it's smelly, not clean, the side entrance door cannot be locked because the lock is not working, the elevator is dirty, there are no flowers, and the breakfast consists only of bars and coffee that looks like dirty water. I simply believe it's not a hotel; it looks like a shelter . When I arrived, the receptionist said they would upgrade my friend's room. She had booked two Queen beds, and they gave us a King bed with a sofa. The sheets were poorly folded, and when I asked for an aluminum spoon, it was the worst hotel experience I've ever had in my life. The location is wonderful, and the exterior photo seemed nice, but when we got there, it was simply a disappointment. It felt like I was in the worst neighborhoods of a city. Definitely, zero, zero stars, and they need significant improvement. It requires a very high investment to improve this hotel."

Negatives: I feel breakfast could be alittle better, also I feel is people checking in have dogs they should be put on a separate floor all together and not spread out on different floors. We had a dog in room 2 doors away that barked very loud and often during the day and many times waking us at night.
