Because I checked in Saturday instead of Friday they wanted to charge me for a night I wasn’t there. I was willing to pay for Saturday and Sunday but they canceled the reservation for Friday night and charged me. So I didn’t even stay at all. Horrible customer service.

I left my id and was willing to show it on my phone and they wouldn’t let me.
Negatives:
I didn’t like that they had no empathy to my traveling all the way their and forgetting my license. I had a very long day and wanted to just lay down. I had my child send me a picture of it. They said they couldn’t accept it. I’m not sure what the difference is from a hard copy they will present the same thing as the picture. We had to spend our money else where.
