Great location, free parking, reasonable price
Negatives:
Room was not clean. Dust on furniture, wall in the bathroom dirty, items on the floor behind the bed table which would have been pretty obvious if the room had been cleaned well. Pillows were hard and flat. Curtains were closed when we entered the room which seemed odd as it made the room very dark. Curtains and bedspread were so dark they just made everything seem dirty. They were too easy chairs which needed to be cleaned desperately.
Continental breakfast was a joke. It was very small. Bananas were old. There was some fruit, individually wrapped, several of which had bruises. There was no decaffeinated coffee. There were some wrapped pastries. They were thawed frozen waffles.

Front desk personnel were excellent. HVAC heat pump was flawless. Bathroom was fine. Location was quiet. Parking was extremely convenient.
Negatives:
Plastic-wrapped mattress resulted in me sleeping in my own unabsorbed perspiration. Elevators were unreliable. Breakfast seemed a bit "cheap", e.g., coffee only in paper cups, not mugs; waffles were a pile of eggos, etc.

Love the antique style of the hotel, went in my room see a vase of roses, breakfast table has flower vase as well, both looks real and sweet. Room is spacious, and clean, staffs are friendly. Bed is comfortable. Office space is quiet and classic.

More varieties can be provided for breakfast.
