The hotel is clean and staff friendly and professional. We stayed overnight for a show in Norwalk, so we didn't get much more from the stay than a comfortable bed and good nights sleep. The location is perfect for being in the area.

I paid for the room through PayPal and was made to pay again with my credit card. I was billed twice and had to deal with the hassle of disputing the transaction with my credit card. The front desk was completely non helpful! Will never stay there again.

Book thru booking and they couldn't find my reservation. After 30 minute, they said that my reservation is only for 1 room but i showed them the confirmation and it clearly stated that 1 night and 2 rooms. We were there for the funeral service and running late from waiting to check in. They gave me second room and charged us for two rooms which I already prepaid in full with Booking.com. Very bad experience.

We stayed for two nights with group of 3 and a pet. This was suppose to be a leisure trip, but the hotel staff during checking in was just rude and tried to make us pay more. I paid for 4 ppl stay with breakfast. They first told me breakfast was not included. Then after showing proof from email conformation, they were like okay fine, sure. And then they had the audacity to tell me only 2 ppl can have breakfast!! What about the other person, and they gave me a nasty attitude. Then after showing e-mail again, the light skin black dude told me alright fine again! And wrote something on the card. Also, changed our room because we had a pet, while I had booked WITH the pet and paid extra. Then charged me twice full price, by mistake (it was already paid before). I didn’t even know until I checked my bank. When I approached them again, he told us “it is hotel policy, it will come off in 2 days.” You could have admitted that you made a mistake smh. The hotel is smaller than pictures, rooms are outdated. Next day when we went to eat breakfast, the waitress argued again that It will only cover 2 ppl, and we have to pay for beverages. At this point I was just so annoyed by them, so just ended up paying again for the 3rd person. The breakfast was basic, average. Oh, and they also charged another cleaning fee for pet. NEVER staying again. This hotel is conniving and money pit. There are bunch of better hotels in the area, with breakfast, NICER staff. Do Not Recommend!
