The front door of the office had broken glass, our cable box was broken for first 2 days. Parking lot and inside hallways smelled of marijuana. No heater worked in the room for the entire stay

The environment felt unsafe. Lobby door had been kicked in, our patio glass door didn’t have a handle and was barely shut. Arguments, screaming and crying could be heard at all hours of the night.

This hotel was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. The dirty, dim hallway smelled like weed and cigarette smoke (it seems like people live here long-term). The door handle to the room was sticky and looked like it had been broken at one point. The entire room smelled of cigarette smoke and there was a PUBIC HAIR ON THE SINK. After looking around, WE LEFT. My husband and I have NEVER done that before. The room was non-refundable of course (why would you want to give money back for a pile of garbage, right?) so we were basically scammed out of our money because the pictures on here ARE NOT REPRESENTATIVE TO WHAT WE WERE GIVEN. DO NOT STAY HERE.
