The staff were very friendly. Location was good. Size of room was great.
Negatives:
This hotel draws traveling sports teams. That would be fine if they werent allowed to act terribly - taking over the lobby, messes everywhere, acting like they are the only people there. The hotel also has an issue with people having parties - so much so that they make you sign a no party document when you check in (a first for me). That didnt stop people from checking in with 100 balloons, cases of beer, party supplies, etc. and being allowed to carry on with their parties. We heard a birthday party down a few rooms from us not 10 minutes after we signed the no party thing.
Room was not clean. We found used dental floss in the shower from previous guests, trash in the kitchen, etc. Also lots of things falling apart, leak in the ceiling.
