After Wednesday, Apr 17th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Apr 17, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 3 days prior to the arrival date will incur the first night's charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur a charge of 100% of the booking value (Hotel policy).

Positives: The location was great, hotels was beautiful, room was perfect. I had 2 issues 1. The pool had no rules. Children jumping in and out, the 2 days we visited Children was eating and swimming. Child vomiting so the pool had to be closed. In was bad, because we checked in on booking.com was charged before arrival ,that never happens. My daughter was charged 2 time and took 3 days to fall off. I was charged for the room 2 times one has posted second charge happened day after I arrived home one the 5th. As if someone charged my card again. Today is the 8th payment is still pending. I have spoken to everyone but booking .com do to thinking it would resolve it self and fall off. It hasn't fallen off and the stress of having this concern my whole 4days of allocated funds changed, I couldn't enjoy my trip. I spoke to Management Katie and I am awaiting to speak with her again. I have booking numbers, receipts and confirmation emails. This was my first trip of many I plan to take with hyatt hotels because I am a member. I am very concerned about these charges.
