Positives:
Location of property was good. The hotel staff did offer a percentage off due to all of the inconveniences.
Negatives:
Room not ready at check in time. We waited over 1 hour. Carpet was cleaned minutes before we went in the room and the smell of mildew was terrible. Once given the room keys they did not work due to malfunctioning door.
