Negatives: We were in a "smoking" room, and it was just as I'd feared and WORSE! It's like they were punishing people for choosing a smoking room. It smelled like an ashtray and it was grimey!! There was black light visible "spatter" of some sort on walls and the floor was disgusting

Negatives: The heat did not work nor the WiFi

Negatives: The shady upcharges. 1- I booked room from the available times on website when I was completing all the info for room. When I got there I was told that I was going to be charged $20 extra because I was checking in before 3:00 and secondly there was also $100 cash deposit none of this was in that any disclosures so they're trying to pull the wool over people's eyes, not me I wasn't accepting these additional charges and the place was horribly disgustingly dirty run down, I left and went to red roof, a pleasant experience

Negatives: DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!The room we had the first time smelled straight like smoke when they claim no smoking in rooms. The second room we had it had mold all in the bathroom and no heat working and the third room was ok but I had a roach crawl on me in the bed. I will never stay here and the heath department needs to come and see this place. This is a health hazard it was for me and my kids. I should not have had to change rooms three times.

Negatives: Same web site says pets then when you get there and checked in they say no pets and try to charge you for the pet

Negatives: Had roaches so since used all money we had for our night owl with their mother I had to stay up to make sure that no roaches were to get into our things or on them or myself plus only seven channels one being the Disney or whatever that cut out after a while and only did DirecTV symbol bouncing around with the background playing the cartoons for them so I had to change that luckily was had TBS to watch and news catch up on the current situation plus the refrigerator barely worked the shelf to it was messed up they had it on a board in the back the drain to the tub there wasn't a plug to do a bath but it clogged up anyways when did a shower overall horrible stay not worth the money it was burnt holes on the covers and didn't have me or my kids sleep under the sheets worrying about other bugs

On Booking.com the pictures there was false advertising which made the room look absolutely beautiful and showed two queen beds and a really nice bathroom with a large screen tv, all for $83.25. When I checked in, I was told there was another charge for the second bed. The total would be $113.25. Thats an extra $30.00! We had no place to stay so I told him to just put it on my card. When we got to our room, it looked like something straight out of the 70s that someone had overdosed and died in. It was disgusting. There were holes in the walls, the bathroom door didnt close, the refrigerator was tipsy, and we only got 6 channels on the tv. I will never ever book with this hotel again, and I hope that after reading this review, none of you do either!
