Positives:
The rooms were very lovely and I was pleasantly surprised by all of the features that were in the kitchen. It has "everything" that you need for a comfortable home-stay. The breakfast was satisfying and the staff were all nice. I would stay here again
Negatives:
The tub tiles were broken and in their renov, they coated the tub w/paint which was discolored/peeling. Also it was hard sleeping, as it was extremely loud & nosy from the guest that hung out on the main level. A balcony on the 2nd flr was the wrong move

Location is close to Christiana mall, it's a nice location with lots of parking space, rooms are super clean and huge

Staff are great when we needed help, but the front desk can be a little more friendly, nothing horrible though

Don't think, just go
Positives:
The structure of the suite suited us perfectly as there were three of us. We each had our own bed, a seating area and a very functional kitchen area and shared bathroom.
Negatives:
I found the breakfast pretty awful. Omelettes glued shut with what looked like Velveeta cheese and oatmeal that was thick and indigestible and pre seasoned with cinnamon. Only safe option was toast or a bagel ... or yogurt. And no milk for tea.

Room size, day shift staff was nice. The room was clean mostly.
Negatives:
Evening staff was rude, am breakfast was not fully stocked and I kept asking for items, master bath toilet seat was peeling and inside toilet was dirty. In addition, maintenance was called bc toilet had issues flushing in second bathroom and bathroom door came off the hinged due to stipped wood. I had to request a light bulb for the living room. The hot water was not really hot. Furniture and the room was not updated and modern. I noticed a lot of minor maintenance issues that needed to be done.

Location was convenient for our drive up the east coast. room was clean and comfortable
Negatives:
The elevators weren't working either during the evening/night we arrived or during the next day when we checked out No one offered to help us carry our bags up the four flights of stairs. I was traveling with my daughter who had recently had brain surgery (a very obvious surgical wound on her head), and still no offers of help. because my daughter could carry nothing, I had to make three trips up and down the four flights by myself. When I arrived at the top of the stairs the first time, the door was broken, so I had to walk back down to the third floor, across the hotel, and up the other flight.

First room smelled of smoke as smoking area outside window. Lock on inside the door falling off and unusable . Moved room to second floor and all elevators out of service for the length of our stay.

Free guest laundry. Comfortable bed. Stove top, microwave, and full size fridge in room.
Negatives:
Pictures online were better than the actual room. Elevator did not work. The tub had a lot of chipped paint, as well as the wood in the room. Lots of little gnats and hairs as if the room was not properly cleaned. TV remote buttons did not work and not a smart tv. Rooms not soundproof, could always hear people in the hall and doors slamming.

Elevator not working entire stay, only room on 4th floor, no assistance with baggage. When calling front desk from room, goes directly to voicemail which is full. This means going down 4 flights to try to get basic question answered. Never again.

I didn't like the jumpy elevator and the constant water dripping in the bathroom. It would have been nice if the pool was available.

the rooms were a good size and the bed/pillows were comfortable.
Negatives:
The pool was in disrepair. After games in the morning and 6 hours until dinner, there is nothing to do in this area of Delaware. I really expected the kids to be able to use the pool. the elevator was also broken but I take the stairs anyway so that didnt upset me as much.
