Room was poorly cleaned. I found a screw, food crumbs, and nail clippings on the floor. There was hair and rust in the bathroom. The room was outdated and its layout was poorly thought out, rendering the tv useless. There were no amenities in-room.

Pretty aged. Bathroom wallpaper coming off, stains. The refrigerator wasn’t plugged in and there was no signage or even the unplugged cord showing so the food (milk) we put in it went bad before we noticed.

Our room was missed by housekeeping on consecutive days, however,after my second complaint to the staff, it was very well cleaned. Facilities were lacking, tea/coffee maker didn’t work.
