Recent Reviews
Positives:
Staff were friendly, good location, room size was also good
Negatives:
Shower water pressure was not good
Review
It was a satisfactory place.
Positives:
Location was good. It's near lots of bakeries and restaurants
Negatives:
The Wi-Fi did not reach the 9th floor. I had to connect to the Beacon restaurant Wi-Fi, which worked but very slowly. The bathroom was small and looked run-down; the wallpaper was jagged and starting to peel off. Because I went to DC during peak season, the price was much higher than it would have been a couple of months later, which made it even more not worth it.

Decent at best
Positives:
The beds were very comfy.
The location was great. Near the white house - 10 to 15 minutes walking.
With close-by restaurants.
Negatives:
The breakfast was expensive and they didn't explain to us the list.

Not good
Positives:
Possibly two daytime staff members who were somewhat friendly.
Negatives:
The on-site restaurant closed for dinner on the weekends. This was a total inconvenience, although we could explore nearby dining options. There was no room service availability during this time. The elevators were dingy, with faded walls and dim lighting that gave off a musty smell. The floors were scuffed and the buttons looked worn from years of use. It was clear that they had not been well-maintained, adding to the overall feeling of neglect in the building. Riders couldn't help but feel a sense of unease as they rode up and down in these shabby elevators. The bathroom was old and outdated, with chipped tiles and a worn-out bathtub. The wall was stained and the ventilation system barely worked, leaving the room feeling musty and damp. Overall, it was in desperate need of a renovation to bring it up to modern standards. The quality of the service or product did not meet our expectations and we feel like we did not get good value for our money. I would suggest looking for alternative options that may offer better quality or value for a similar price point.

Positives:
The location was great, The value good.
The staff was very nice and accommodating. The rooms really varied in size and shape, but were generally roomy and comfortable.
Negatives:
Some of our party did not like the beds.
Ten of us ate in the restaurant which was rather mediocre. And we were told they cannot split the bill between more than two credit cards.
