The room was nice and clean, looked just like the picture online. Costumer service was awesome, they answered all my questions and were willing to help. The breakfast was wonderful, there was a nice variety and the servers always greeted us in the morning.

the front desk lady gave us ladies(me and my sister) a room next to the stairwell, but she switched us once we voiced our concern.

The location was perfect. 1.5 blocks from Capital Arena and right in the midst of China Town. The attached pub was great, and the facility had the fastest elevators. I will be returning for more trips to DC.

Breakfast is a free for all, kids everywhere and no patents in sight. They don’t keep it filled well so after you fight your way in, there’s nothing left. Also the restaurant food was not great.

The only positive side is the relative closeness to the station and the main attractions.
Negatives:
Front desk absolutely rude. They also literally stolen us 20$ for advance check-in, amount not invoiced and the lady at the front desk claimed to have never received or asked for the money (!!!).
The 3rd bed (sofa bed) was not prepared at our arrival and when we asked we were told that we needed to make it ourselves (!). Then when the cleaning was done, they didn’t touch the sofa bed (!!).
Breakfast is a joke, there is no space, people were queuing in the elevator, there is only a couple of things to eat, very crowded and not good at all.
Air conditioning in the room can’t be used as it is as noisy as being inside a washing machine.
The ceiling are very low, I am 165 cm and I could touch it, giving a claustrophobic feeling.
On top, it’s in Chinatown, a really not nice area to walk around at night.
