In-house/in-room costs are sky high with all the fees added. And the food is definitely not worth it. My rare burger was ice cold at and two small sodas were double digit costs. Ultimately, my grand total was about $70 for a burger/soda lunch.

All the staff at any area was so kind, ready to help, Breakfast, perfect, Food High quality, very exceptional architecture, perfectly clean I never see something like that. Nothing, at all, Every single think, all the Hotel are just perfect, clean, food are amazing, staff always ready to help. the room OMG space and the quality of the bed super extrat perfect. The bar cocktail amazing, The designe of the hotel very unique, I said every single thing at this hotel was amazing definitely have to go back there. Didnt have a great experience. Snacks were dusty with one about to expire and box was soiled. Snacks were also missing and They said they were out of stock but then also realized the prior guests took them but were not charged. Had TV issues once said no connection, another it just went black and once just cut off while I was watching something. Front desk sent me to the wrong room at check in then couldnt locate me in the system fix it but finally found me. On the last day I went to take a shower and saw old blood droplets on the bath mat. When I checked out, They tried to charge me for the snacks but when I explained he said I would not be charged.
