Rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. Overall, the place was clean. Good location. Filter coffee available all day.
Negatives:
The breakfast could use some vegetables or salad. The windows in the room don't open at all so you have to use AC all the time. No accessible power sockets near the bed - you need to move a night table and unplug lamps to charge devices.

The highlight was the staff, VERY helpful, available, and cheerful, whether it was people at the front desk or at the breakfast buffet or cleaning services, everyone was polite and cheerful. Speaking of breakfast buffet, the food was really above what I expected. The fruit was fresh and tasty, there was a great selection of food. I got a little lost (it is off a slightly confusing turn off of a traffic circle, not well marked/signed but I called the front desk and got great directions and found my way right there.

The room had several broken items, the housekeeping only comes every other day and it was impossible to get extra towels. The front desk staff is not responsive to requests. Called for extra towels, and an hour later housekeeper brought 3 extra tools of toilet paper?

For the price the location was very good. The lobby was clean and the building was safe and secure. Not all of the staff were friendly, but some were very nice and helpful!

The heat/air vent was poorly located in the room. It blew directly onto one of the beds and so we could not sleep with the air on and the room got quite warm (windows also did not open). There was not all-day availability of hot or cold water in the lobby and this would have been a nice touch to have. The cold water seemed like it was supposed to be out all day, but it ran out. I also did not realize that room service at Hilton Homewood Suites was only every other day - I suppose if you already knew this it meets expectations; however, I did not realize and was disappointed to not have a fresh bed each day.
