The bathroom smelled bad and had mold. The room was not ready at 3:00 pm as stated in my check in time. i had to wait until 4:45 to get into my room but I had to be asking constantly if the room was ready.
The last day of our stay we didn't"t have hot water. we could not shower after being outside all day. Staff very unfriendly

I was told that our room would be cleaned every other day, but that did not happen. During our trip, my child was sick and we needed a change of sheets, but no one from housekeeping was on duty, so we were given sheets and changed the bed ourselves. Because the bed is made up differently than a bed at home, it was never as comfortable after we made it up ourselves.

When I contacted the front desk to request them, I was told there were no pillows available in the entire hotel, but that I could be given two small blankets. One to use as a pillow and the other as a blanket. It was extremely ridiculous and uncomfortable.
