The AC in room was so noisy that it was impossible to have it turned on at night. Also there was no curtain in the shower meaning that entire bathroom was wet after every shower. The window curtains were electric but partially out of order, so not possible make it dark at night or fully open at day.
We stayed 4 persons but they kept on bringing us only 3 sets of towels, even after we informed the front desk.
The breakfast room was way to small, so guest had to stand or sit in sofas etc. The breakfast itself was very basic and half the servings were constantly empty. The staff just walked around without paying much attention.
This felt like a hotel where noone from Marriott has tried staying recently.

Great. Loved the suite, because it has a separate room with a door that divides it from the kitchen and livingroom/guestroom, giving more privacy than a studio. Kitchen is fully equipped. Room is comfortable.
Negatives:
There are 2 main issues: 1. Breakfast, food is good, but the buffet is a disaster, very disorganized, not enough seating space, not enough food, cutlery, plates, no one cleaning tables. 2. Parking: When I booked the page said there was parking at the hotel, when we arrived they said their parking was full and we had to park elsewhere.

I liked the location because we could grab a cab within 1 block and get anywhere we needed to quickly. The valet parking made it very convenient, and the fact they had a private parking area made it so secure for families traveling. The staff were great, and the room was immaculate. They had a restaurant onsite, plus you could have food delivered right to the hotel if you wanted something else nearby.

This hotel was really quite a good money for value (though we got an upgrade getting two rooms instead of one for four people, which really added to experience). Hotel has new furniture and tastefully appointed. Staff was polite and professional. Breakfast might have had more fruit but otherwise a good range of options. All in all, we are quite happy about our stay.

A strange smell in one of the two suites. But not too bad.
