Location was great. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The restaurant attached has really good drinks.
Negatives:
The service for the restaurant could be faster. The hot tub couldve been cleaner and the hot water was off widen I checked in and no one let me know before arriving.

The nicest thing j can say is that at least they arent using single use plastics for all of their toiletries.

Decor was nice, when I did interact with staff they were pleasant and helpful but didn't always follow through with the request.

The rooms were considerably smaller than anticipated. There was yet another hidden fee of $30/day for in-room coffee, tea, water and other very extraneous and unnecessary offerings. AC didn't work; hot water was non-existent

We had issues we the jacuzzi, didnt drain,not a new issues with the drainage system . However, maintenance personnel responded quickly when we called to fix it.

Location to Metro and price was a little less expensive than other hotels with similar amenities and access to public transportation.

Water pressure was terrible and shower head was nearly completely broken off. No rooms were available at check in and had to wait more than an hour in the lobby. Staff was supposed to call when room available, but no one ever called.

Everything was fine - the staff was incredibly nice and it was clean. Excellent location - not that we could see anything out our window. If you are expecting a bar and coffee options, there is a restaurant on the side but not a grand lobby like others.

No hot water in shower. Hot and cold water at sink are reversed left and right. No chair at desk. Coffee maker sits in a tray with a high edge that tends to snag and spill cup of hot coffee being removed.
