It is a great place to stay, close to subway, many great restaurants, cafe, staff are friendly, kindness and helpful. The room is big, and clean. Really good price

Phone Customer service was not helpful and kind of rude. I wanted a bassinet in our room so I called them before 2 weeks of our staying and I had a minor problem with the reservation, they couldn’t find my reservation and being unhelpful when we asked if we could have a bassinet.

The room has very bad heating system. The room they changed for us was worse than the first one. Even the bathroom flush wasn’t working . It was one of my worst hotel experiences.

Location was great. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The restaurant attached has really good drinks.
Negatives:
The service for the restaurant could be faster. The hot tub couldve been cleaner and the hot water was off widen I checked in and no one let me know before arriving.
