Positives:
I visited for a conference, the waiting and cleaning staff were superb! hard working and friendly. The location is amazing and there is a nice atmosphere in the hotel lobby/bars. The rooms are very clean. The bars and restaurants are nice and you can get food until late. The facilities are nice and the rooms are well equipped.
Negatives:
The rooms are noisy, with thin walls and old air conditioning units there is a lot of noise in the room, I could hear my neighbours conversations through the walls. I mentioned the noise to staff 3 times to be told 'I'll get someone to check it out' but this never happened. If you are a light sleeper you will struggle to sleep here. Eating and drinking in the hotel is expensive - although that is to be expected for the location. My room was looking tired with the wallpaper peeling off in places.

Couple of things 1. The dresser drawer top was extremely dusty and dirty. I wiped it off and fill of dirt came off. 2 I went to the dinning room asked for a wine/water glass and the staff member gave horrible dirty glass. I had to clean it in my room.
Positives:
The property was in a great location. Wasn’t far from the capitol and Capital One Arena.
Negatives:
The bathroom wasn’t clean. The shower was complicated. Not enough security in the garage (heard someone screaming and banging on a car). No microwave or refrigerator. Could hear the people in the next room talking through the wall.

It was close to restaurants and the Metro station
Negatives:
The room was dated and dusty. The plugs were so old that our hairdryer would just fall out of them. The main areas were week kept but the rooms need some cleaning and updating. We had to call each day for new towels. No housekeeping during the stay.

Your front desk was good enough to fix the situation after we checked out they went in and Took the charges off because they didn’t understand why the room service did that nor could they reach room service either
Negatives:
Your room service kept charging our card, which is our credit card for charges that we didn’t do where your front desk had to waived it because they couldn’t figure out why they were charging our card when they don’t even have our credit card information it was supposed to be charged to the room and then they will tell us one price and then charge another then in the room dust everywhere. It has not been dust at all and what allergy problem. It should not be like that maze clean the room dust too.
