Positives:
Location was excellent. Oversized apartment and reasonably clean.
Negatives:
Keurig cups were not available in rooms with machine. Clientele had to retrieve cups from lobby. No breakfast at all. No "Do not disturb" indicators available for doors. Phones were inoperative. No posting of checkout times on doors. The last night we were there someone opened our door and were stopped by the latch while we were in bed. No announcement and no apology. Almost filed a police report. The front desk, (had to use our own phone), told us it was probably room service coming to the wrong room. Very unnerving.
