The staff was very friendly, the room was clean and just what we needed for the brief time we stayed. A lot of restaurants within walking distance was a big plus. Being pet friendly was also a plus for us. A shower was very nice, easy walk-in and very hot water. The property has a very nice pool unfortunately it was a little bit too cool to get in.
Negatives:
The only thing I can say is that the bed was not very comfortable but that might just be because I like a soft bed and these were very firm.

Nothing.. Was very loud from people who actually live at the hotel at 5am. Toilet horrible, beds horrible, sink faucet loose/ broken. Random little kid running around complex. You are better off sleeping on the street... Really..

Bed was comfortable. Location good. Room size was decent. No breakfast or food of any kind on premises.cheap coffee maker in room. I would suggest an inexpensive Keurig knockoff in the room
Walmart sells them for $20. K-Cups can be inexpensive as well. The location of this hotel was our best option for pirates baseball. Easy in and easy out. everything we wanted in less than a mile.
Negatives:
Floors were very dirty. Bathroom smelled like urine. Curtains didn't blockout the light very well or people walking by could see in. Should have shades underneath the curtain for sleeping at night. Little Water pressure in shower and sink. Water barely trickled out.
