The light in the pool popped out of the wall and was floating. The front desk said they have tried many times to fix it before. It was a huge safety hazard so we pulled our kids out of the pool.

Front desk staff during check in was not helpful. I was directed to the elevator when I had a first floor room. This was after I was given keys and not told a room number. I also, locked myself out of my room one day and was given a new key with no questions asked or checking identification. Thats a little scary.
