My husband used his debit card to pay for food at the bar and the next morning we received a "fraud Alert" from our bank. Somehow someone had used his card number in Orlando to pay bills and make fraudulent purchases.

Staff at front desk checking was efficient. Was a bit disappointed that they didn’t offer any tips in where the room was, which way to go to elevator etc and other typical tidbits I’m accustomed to getting on checking

Staff, they posted our payment to another persons room on the “ Hampton Inn” side, then argued we had not paid, it was embarrassing, but they found their mistake, after the fact
