Positives:
Location, layout of the hotel, the gym and the pool were nice. I liked the room itself. The food at the restaurant was great and the prices were reasonable.
Negatives:
I have very few complaints but I needed a new room key once because apparently these room keys are deactivated if placed near a phone or wallet which I’ve never seen anywhere else. The guy at the front desk scolded me about it. Luckily I was on vacation, didnt care, or I would have been sarcastic back to the guy. It was a minor issue overall.
I also got billed for parking that I didn’t use. So I had to get that credited back.

The room was way overpriced, but I understand Cape Canaveral is a big tourist trap to begin with. Won't be staying here again.

We stayed here because of the Disney cruise. We have paid and booked for the shuttle bus from the hotel. Not only the bus was 30 minutes late. When the shuttle arrived, the driver told us he can only take 2 people! The staff had no backup plans!! There were about 15 passengers standing at the lobby not knowing what to do. The manager told us it will take about/maybe/perhaps another 45 minutes. At the end, we managed to get on the bus with sweat and tears. This hotel really ruined our trip.

The property is beautiful and conveniently located. Our family stayed the night to catch a cruise the next day. When we arrived we were just in time to see a rocket launch right in front of hotel. There was a DJ in the pool area. Lots of fun! The pool area is beautiful. The staff were nice and very helpful. We were able to leave our car parked in their secure parking area and took the shuttle to port which was very convenient. The shuttle system was well organized, cost was affordable also. The shuttle was free up to four guests and parking was $12.96 per day. As far as the reviews I read about the rooms needing an updated that is true but they’re getting ready to renovate. But the beds were comfortable and room was clean. I would definitely stay again and recommend this hotel.

The bed was comfortable. The room was easy to find. The pool was nice. I never had breakfast there
Negatives:
The rooms were not only dark, they were so dreary. The carpets had stains the curtains had big brown stains on them.. nasty looking. The yellow walls were scuffed with black marks. The music by the pool was way too loud. You can’t enjoy a quiet drink by the pool. Then there is the smoking. Because people can smoke anywhere- they do. It’s so awful to not be able to ever breathe fresh air. I kept trying to move away from smokers. They should have their own section. Or at least have one section at the bar where non smokers can eat without the repulsive smell of cigarettes.

Dirty. Garbage behind furniture. dust was an inch thick in room. No elevators near room. Never came in to give you clean towels. Maid service only every 3 days.
