Shower head loose in wall Bedside lamp did not work. We got a new bulb and it still didn't work. Went back to office and it was closed..Breakfast was all carbs- could only eat a yogurt which was limited one to a person.

The receptionist was extremely unfriendly. Please understand that if you work in customer service you must provide customer service!!!!. I had to ask for the breakfast hours, and she didn't smile once(I tried).

Called way in advance for a first floor room facing the parking lot. I was assured we were assigned one. Nope, second floor inside room facing the other side where there was the pool. There are NO elevators on this property.
To add insult to injury, other friends if ours booked just a week ahead with no special instructions. They got a first floor room facing the parking lot. Hmmm.
That really put a damper on things. The hotel is overpriced but the only one around really, so you are stuck with it.
Rooms are adequate. Seemed clean. Just average. Mediocre.

Location was good. Clean and spacious room, had mini fridge, microwave and other small appliances. Staff was nice and accommodating.
Negatives:
Needs some updating, gap around door, had to hold handle down for toilet to flush, water pressure low in shower, bed hard and squeeky, No protein for breakfast. Stayed for 2 nights and seen dead German roach on bathroom floor the morning I was checking out.
