Excellent facilities clean, pricing, great breakfast options as well.
Negatives:
While the front desk staff is competent and nice they are not very engaging and do not work with the customers if we need to change something they do not help. They don't offer any empathy. Good but not as good as they should be for a Hilton brand.

Was a last minute booking while traveling for a Doctor's appt in Clermont, FL. Great deal - very friendly staff - room was amazing - bed was so comfortable. Best sleep I have had in months, honestly. Will DEFINITELY stay here again!

We didn't have breakfast as my husband had minor surgery at the local hospital and didn't get back until early hours,Patty and louella,sorry can't spell her name but both were onn night reception and were angels in disguise,so helpful and understanding.

Housekeeping was promised every other day, but was not supplied. We had to as several times for additional towels. During our 7 day stay, housekeeping occurred once. Shower faucet leaked. We reported it to the front desk.
