Bathroom size is not accessible even though it was an accessible room.. couldn't get in bathroom with my mobility aid

It's a great hotel overall but the staff at times is not accommodating with making any changes. They should be a bit more polite when asked about changing dates especially when someone has an illness and some staff members can be a bit rude at front desk.

Thought breakfasts was not on par with Hampton Inn or HI Express. No Variety the sausage biscuits were dry and tasteless, eggs were ok. Feast fruit , ie melon , pineapple, grapes should be considered. But acceptable enough that would not affect future stays.

Our reservation showed a cooktop and we didnt get one. The pillows are terrible. When we asked for daily coffee replacement in the room, check the towels in bathroom and empty the trash daily as it was complimentary it only happened once.

breakfast was amazing, location in perfect. We walked next door to the Applebee's restaurant for dinner, which was an easy walk with 3 kids. Also the zaxbys is in the same parking lot which was nice. Large fridge was awesome and room was really clean.
Negatives:
Some of the bed pillows weren't as comfortable. And the toilet paper was really crappy. There was not enough coffee packets in the room or cups. The ice bucket wasn't very clean. Also not very many channel options on the TV.
