Positives:
The free alcohol and $25 food vouchers were awesome. The staff members were friendly and accommodating, and the location was AWESOME!!!
Negatives:
The hotel itself was BEAUTIFUL, but for the price you pay you'd expect more from the rooms, they were just okay, so my guess is the price that you're paying is for the location. The hotel was very stuffy once you got onto the HOT (no a/c) elevator you could feel the humidity, the lower floors smelled like water, like hotels that are directly near the beach. My first room had to be changed because there was mold on the floor and rails of the bed, and my comforter was moist to the touch, again you could literally smell the water and the humidity in the air...

I loved the location, there is so much nearby within walking distance. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was very clean, beautifully decorated, my room was spacious. Room service food was very good. Loved all the extras that are included with the resort fee.
Negatives:
The elevators were a little inconvenient for transporting our luggage. We had to take the elevator down to the second floor lobby and then find the elevator that goes down to street level.
My room was nice and spacious but I found it to have a musty smell, not sure if this is to be expected for Florida or it was just my room. Also, the AC didnt work as well as I would expect for Florida. I found my room to be warmer than I would like but it wasnt terrible.
