The desk receptionist was away from the desk for over 15 minutes so we could not check in. The waitress from IHOP went to find him and couldnt. The bathroom wall was stained with what looked like feces. Definitely not one I would recommend.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Having the dennys and the bar right in the property was super convenient. They are in the middle of doing a big remodel and things are looking nice.

Im not a nit picky kinda person and Im easy to please, so I really dont have any complaints.

- Room pictures did not match reality.
- Renovations were poorly made, therefore decoration was horrible.
- Things were broken. Cupboard handles, fridge was super old.
- Not very clean. There were cockroaches! I had to kill 7 before going to bed and there were two in the bathroom in the morning.

Rooms were not very clean... saw roaches, bathroom door was broken and would not close... bathtub was stained and plug was literally broken and laying on shelf...stains on bedding and sheets.. floors were filthy couldnt take shoes off unless you wanted dirty feet,no breakfast... strange people standing outside of office talking to the wall!!!!

There was a towel under the refrigerator when we walked into the room and there was a used towel hanging on the back door of the bathroom and a bug fell out of the towel when I removed it from the towel rack. The parking lot smelled like urine
