it was in a great location. We accidentally left an item behind. Housekeeping took it to the front desk and the front desk gave us a call before we left the area. Not many establishments would make the effort to do that.

The front desk was poorly marked on arrival. You desperately need some signage to point visitors in the right direction.

The bathroom was not the cleanest and the bathtub was cracked on the bottom right down the middle. There was hair everywhere in the bathroom. The bathroom door was hard to shut, like it was swollen from moisture or something.
