Motel 6 Cutler Bay

Negatives: The water causing my hair to fall out, I thought it was my shampoo but i use the same one at home and my hair never fell out in clumps, maybe a strand or two but never a handful of it.

Negatives: Wifi was inefficient on higher floors.

Negatives: The fact that I never was even able to book I booked it online reservation and they canceled it by the time I got there and said that they were fully booked last minute nobody called me so I had to last minute find a room on spring break holiday so imagine that we almost didn't have nowhere for us to sleep that night we had to sacrifice and stay out of slumlord Motel with holes all in the wall and scared because of the neighborhood it was in all because they canceled our reservation because the people that were there needed a room instead of the people that actually already booked and then they marked it as if I did stay there and I never stayed in that hotel or they in my life

Negatives: I reserved my room Wednesday and on Friday when I arrived they could not find my reservation. Then I paid for and reserves 1 room with 2 beds. They could not accommodate and insisted I pay for an additional room to have 2 rooms with 1 bed each. There were what appeared to be some shady looking people in the lobby area as well.

Negatives: The entire hotel was very dirty, stair wells full of human urine, vomit and dog poop. There was dog poop around the entire building including on walk ways. There was no microwave or mini fridge in the room as stated in the online booking and none of the services at the hotel seemed to be functioning. There was also no mention of a parking fee until we arrived and were checked in.

Negatives: It is dirty, they make you pay for the parking, noisy.

Negatives: One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. And I know Miami is expensive but the price for this level is not acceptable.
