Stair case smells like pee. People next door cooking at all hrs of the night. Staff is rude they gave us only 2 towels for 4 people.

I got to hotel and the service clerk said that they have rooms but they are not cleaned. They don't know when it's goanna be cleaned. I can leave and come back later and maybe it'll be cleaned by then. I got in 3PM. checking was after 2PM.
Negatives:
There was no room available for me when I got there, even though I was booked. staff did not care. I had to cancel the reservation and go somewhere else for my event that I had to get dressed for.

no Microwave, fridge or Coffee maker in the room. their was no blankets on the beds you could just the elevator not use the stairs.

The room had mold everywhere.couldnt sleep nor breathe because of the mold and I told the front desk about it they didnt care nor change my room.
