Positives:
Nothing. Everything was disgusting. Room was extremely nasty, there were cockroaches and other insects, and the smell throughout the entire hall and lobby & rooms was just unbreathable. The only good thing about this place was the parking lot which was big.

EVERYTHING. GROSS PLACE, I don't understand how it had such a high rating for the piece of crap that this place is. Not trying to be offensive but a place like this one being that dirty and full of insects is just unacceptable. I know this is no 5 stars hotel, but some decency is expected, not the awful smell everywhere. On top of that, out of nowhere, they announced the night before that the only elevator was going to be out of service, for which reason very early on the next morning it was very uncomfortable taking out all my bags from the upper floors to the lobby since we had to carry them through the stairs. Also, what I did read from the other comments is that there is no breakfast, so don't expect that at all.

Lobby, hallway, room all dirty. Elevator didn't work. Light inside the door didn't work in the room. Floors were dirty. Bed was horrible. Trash from previous occupants left in room.

The staff was very helpful and when we asked for a refund because the room we had checked into hadn’t been cleaned, the entire hotel stunk, and the elevator was broke she completely understood.

The room was nice and roomy. Decor was updated and nice. The rooms are considered suites it comes with a kitchen that you can cook in.
Negatives:
Upon check in our room smells like someone had eaten seafood of some sort in there and they didn’t have another room to put us in; therefore we kept this room. Then around 4:05 am the staff came banging at our door asking if we’re smoking in the room; reminder you we are here with our kids and we do NOT smoke nor drink. Then before we can get to the door they threatened us by saying if you’re smoking in there we are going to charge you, my husband went to the door in his underclothes yelling at them that we’re not smoking that we’re trying to sleep. This was the worst experience EVER!!!

Positives:
The room was spacious. The bathroom was big. Check in was good. Convenient to everything. There is a pool. Easy parking.
Negatives:
There were 2 roaches in the room, dead bedbugs, no pots, pans or dishes but I think you had to ask for them. People dogs barked all night, people were arguing in hallway around 2am, bed was very springy. Carpet has been there probably since the 90s. Very dirty and didn't want to walk barefoot. The pictures make it look a certain. Way with hardwood flooring not the case. Breakfast is coffee and muffin or oatmeal.
