Negatives: Very very large hotel. It should be giving a map. The front desk gave the directions as we were in the north tower. So much further and we went up the tower. Took forever to call the front desk thinking we got the number. It was a really bad time starting off. I am a bit handicapped All the extra walking and nonsense really caused me pain. Not a great beginning. Front desk not too personalable. Also, the event is in a very bad position for you don't get a benefit from the.

Negatives: I had a negative interaction with the cashier in the beach shop.

Negatives: Elevators are a bit old and the button to my floor didn’t work.

Negatives: I paid for a package on Booking.com that included early checkin and late checkout and contacted the resort a month before arrival and again the week before and day before and the day of arrival to make sure that I would be okay for early checkin since I had an early flight and needed to be stable and in my room to work that day. I arrived a couple hours later than I told them I would be there due to the airline cancelling the flight and rebooking me. I got there around 11am. I was told that they would get with housekeeping to prioritize getting my room cleaned and inspected so that I could check in ASAP and it couldn't be done earlier since they were sold out the previous night. I did not get checked in with a key to my room until 3:45pm. I stood there as several other people got checked in with no problem that arrived significantly later than I did. I called Booking.com and Hilton Corporate to no avail. I do not feel that paying for the upgraded package was worth it since I couldn't even use the hotel credit that came with it since it was subjective to what they allowed me to use it for. Waste of money and will never again book my travel using this site. Once I got checked in, an hour later the wifi in the hotel went down and was down for almost 8 whole hours so NO WORK!!!!! Everything about the one day/night I booked was just awful in comparison to my many other travels.

Negatives: Waiting 6 hours for my room giving me drinking tickets when I was on a trip for my 19th birthday. They have no back up plan for anything. And rude.

Negatives: Very expensive! I paid for hotel in advance but they added a resort fee and 40 dollars a day for parking ! Ridiculously high fees

Negatives: Elevator sounds was weird. Room desk was old.

Negatives: Parking is expensive. Rooms are a bit dated for an up market hotel chain.

Negatives: Bathroom sink was leaking, room had a stale smell. For the price the room was not to my liking.

Negatives: Mouldy bathrooms, flickering lights. Not enough towels. Interior was extremely outdated. So disappointing after coming through the lobby
