How it was not well kept up with the bathrooms were run down the rooms and holes on the wall and there were stains all over the furniture. The elevators were gross and felt like they were gonna brake down at any moment and the staff was very uninviting

We where to high up , my wife was getting headaches from that altitude. And the floor had sticky stuff on the floor so each time I went to the bathroom my sock would stick to it

How close it was to the beach and everything.

The staff was meh. One lady I believe she was russian or something was VERY VERY rude. My mother in law got hurt in the room and when I asked for a first aid kit I was told the store was a 5 min walk they didn't have anything to help me and then hung up on. We kept getting locked out of our room like twice and ended up having 4 different room keys and we never knew if we left could we get back into our room. And even though we were on a non smoking floor the smell of cigarettes and other things were very present in the halls and elevator.

the hotel is damaged old the tv of the caurto never worked the bathroom flooded the pool in the middle of the weekend and dirty the beds all stained and not a charger to charge the cel you have to disconnect the lamp to use that and worst the great smell of marijuana I really do not recommend it at all, it is for example this hotel

It was clean all in all, friendly &courteous staff, bed was comfortable.

Room920 the bathtub drain really rusty I have picture and the wall paint peeling off ,coffee maker didn't work housekeeper gave another also didn't work, balcony had vent system cover on ground not screwed in. Wasn't very pleased about TV,Refrigerator, and microwave,also coffee maker on one outlet connected with a multi adapter that was loose in outlet
