The manager of the restaurant wanted to leave even though it was an hour before they close. So he mopped the floors while 10 of us were still siting there and our noses and throats started too burn from the ammonia.

They used a text messaging system to communicate with me - there was no opt in option for this service, they just started messaging. There should be a consent/opt in message prior to receiving these messages as it was jarring and unexpected.

I changed rooms three times. The room smelled musty and was damp. The pool did not have enough towels. The jacuzzi jets were not working properly. I would like a refund.

Well I got to the hotel 2 hrs early they told me to check in at 3 pm I said if the raid ready we it to us they want to charge $35 for early check in. I thought it was stupid. Othe hotel have been very nice and. Helpful

Hotel is in a good location, close to I-95 and restaurants. I was offered a breakfast voucher to use at the hotel restaurant when i called front desk regarding my room inadequacies.

Room had electrical issues. Room lights kept shutting off when iron was plugged in.

Upon arriving, hotel employee made us feel most welcome and even texted after we arrived in the room to ensure we had everything we needed to be comfortable. The following morning, texted a request for extra coffee. It arrived in less than 5 min!

Not a thing. It was perfect. Most convenient and no noise. Very clean and comfortable with plush seats and towels.

Toilet suddenly started making loud groaning and rattling at 3am and again at 3:45am. Had to shut water off to stop it. At 7:30am hotel staff tried to enter my room! Front desk called at 8am to ask my last name! Was the worst night of sleep of my life
