Managers rude disrespectful after I brought attention that I saw 1 cockroach in room..evicted me by police for this. Sliding Window didnt seal shut. Bed somewhat sagging. Housekeeping mediocre and they were short on towels. Pool not clean.

The breakfast area was closed. We received a brown bag full of sugar--the drink, the pastry, the chocolate chip bar, the apple juice box and the only decent thing was the clementine. It was so bad, we had to go out for breakfast.

The room had a dirty/soiled lampshade by the bed. The windows had mold on them, as evidenced by the mold coming off a tissue. The toilet seat was almost coming off the toilet. There was mold by the tub caulking. The plunger by the toilet was a first for us. I do have pictures of all these issues. It was the worst place we ever stayed for the money. For over $200/night, it was a disgrace. The rugs near the elevator needed to be cleaned.
