First off I would like to say I probably will not be returning to your hotel due to the fact that you have crackheads and drunks living in your establishment I drove 4 hours to enjoy a weekend of relaxation in a few of natural springs in the area only to given a room in the back of your hotel only 2 rooms away from a drunk crackhead who had his whole family living in the room looks like to me this gentlemen worked for your establishment upon my arrival back Saturday night after a long day out i have to return to my room with this gentlemen yelling and cursing his head off to another guest at 12:00 at night to have the police show up and everything very disappointed In the Way your establishment runs I will definitely be reporting to law enforcement in the area that they need to investigate the people you have living there

I was a little nervous about the hotel due to the Travelodge by my house in Palm Beach County is just ran down. I was in Deltona to visit my dad in Hospice so I had to find something cheap for the night. However, I found this hotel and I must say I was very pleased with my stay it was NOTHING like the one by my house. I’ll be returning soon.

Negatives:
It was really dirty. Didn’t even feel good about going barefoot in my room. I killed a roach in the sink. There’s mold in the shower and gross stuff all over the walls. If it was clean, there would be no issues. But it’s filthy.

The pool was empty but very cold.

The room was horrible, not clean at all. The shower was so dirty, there was dirt inside on the wall, the shower head was filthy; and the toilet was loose. There was a hole in the wall, the ceiling had dirt on it. The bed was the nastiest thing in the room, the sheets were not clean, and I was scared there were bed bugs. This was the worst stay possible. We asked the staff member for towels for the pool they gave me 2 when I had a family of 5, I was told they needed to be saved for others for the pool, keep in mind no one else was there. I will never stay at this ever again.
I feel so dirty from staying at this hotel, my kids were so upset with the stay.
