Failing to mention anything about having to be there at midnight, and telling me I should have provided a phone number which I did. Took ---$ and gave my room to the person that was in front of me in line.

Floor in our room was very dirty. If we walked without shoes on, bottoms of our feet were black. Blankets on bed are very thin. Not much of a blanket honestly.

We got was nasty!!! Found someone’s used fingernail on floor, dirty floors!!!! Rooms were outdated as you could get!!!! Tub and shower nasty!!!! Room 121 go take a look for yourself!!! I would never stay here again even for free!!!

It was clean and this service was wonderful the janitor and the maids were great they done a good job at keeping the room clean they were very helpful when something was going crazy the staff was very polite and very helpful on places that we went

The staff was very friendly. I some how booked under my maiden name and the young lady told me I had to call booking to fix it . Thankfully I had my social with my maiden name on it and the manger stepped in and took it . It was in a good location as well .

Some minor things like our bathroom door could be replaced for looks and maybe some detail cleaning like around baseboards.

Nothing at all it was nasty stanky seen roaches no cover just a sheet with holes in it bath towels and rags had stains in them floor had sand. On it from the past guest water was luke warm i really want a refund I went to the office they said I couldnt.
Negatives:
Now Im searching for a lawyer just to get my money back
