I really would like a full refund for this. Check-in was at 3:00 but the room wasnt ready until 3:20. I asked for water but they didnt have and wouldn't give me a cup. I asked for a vending machine and when I went, it was broken. When I did get my room

the AC was broken. I got a new room. The lady at the front desk was on a personal phone call and bothered I was there. She barely talked to me because her ongoing personal call was more important. The last room I was in was dirty, I left at 9:00 PM.

This is a motel & all doors open to the parking lot The motel is near the airport so the sounds of planes and cars is VERY loud. The room was dingy with mold on the shower ceiling, Lightsbulbs burnt out & no plates, cups, etc in the kichen. Dont stay here

The room was not clean. The bed had spot all over them. Also the bath tub had blood in it. So I slept in my car.

Me and my husband were smoking in our vehicle 100ft away from the room like the signs around the hotel say to do but someone at the property called the police on my husband he was racially profiled and ultimately taken to jail if you are a smoker of any kind Id stay away from this area and when I left the hotel they attempted to take 200 dollars off of both of my debit cards also the room we had had black mold in the ceiling and everytime the person above us showed a water bubble would form and leak into our bathroom
