I loved being down by the harbor. Loads going on. The front desk staff couldn't have been nicer.
Negatives:
The room was a bit dated. Parking during peak season proved to be a challenge. The wonderful front desk manager let me park right in front of the lobby entrance. Once traffic cleared out, I found a spot at 8:30pm. Five stars out of 5 for service

The hotel was beautiful and on the water by a marina. The staff was great, except for the pool staff. There was a problem with the pool. They didn’t know how to fix it and when we left, it still wasn’t fixed and the pool was still greenish brown. My wife and I would like a discount for having no pool that week. I take that back. We had the pool for one day. They needed a better / licensed pool guy to handle these problems. The normal pool guy was sent to a different location and the guy left in his place was not qualified. In fact, the guy was wearing a hat the said, “high life” with a mariguanna pot leaf on his hat. I thought that was not cool.
Negatives:
Read above what we didn’t like about the pool situation. We would appreciate a refund as we were not able to use the pool based on incompetence and not fixing the problem in a timely matter.
