Perfect
Positives:
The staff were great and helpful (even if they did not always know how to advise on restaurants or things to try in the area, not being exactly local). The breakfast was great. The facilities seemed good, the internet strong, and the decorations (fall themed) were cute. Nice to have cookies, coffee, and fresh fruit in abundance. I liked the kiddie corner, even if I don't have kids. Nice amenities in the bathroom.
Negatives:
The claustrophobic feel of the hallways (narrow, low ceilings, dark) and the slight dinginess of the room. The carpet in the room had seen better days, and there was mold/dirt on the grout between the tiles in the bathroom. The shower curtain had stains, which made taking a shower unappealing. The location is not bad for a last resort, but it's neither right at the beach, nor right in town.

This was the best hotel experience we ever had. The room was quiet, easily accessible, and clean. We loved the clean, relaxing pool, and the breakfast times and selections were outstanding! The bed was even comfortable and relaxing.
Negatives:
Nothing could have been better. All of the staff, from check-in to check-out, maid services and even the handy men we met in the hallways were friendly and helpful.
